Kirt has over 33 years of civil engineering experience that began as a Construction Surveyor for the US Army Reserve while he was pursuing his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University. Kirt's expertise covers the entire land development project life cycle, from preliminary site planning to final detailed civil engineering and construction plans through construction administration of the improvements. He supervises, conducts, and reviews design evaluations, and implement management systems for professional services in relation to site civil design, permitting and land entitlement. He has experience working with state, county and local agencies including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Pasco County, Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Manatee County, City of Tampa, Ruskin, Plant City, Thonotosassa, Temple Terrace and Brandon. Kirt's engineering and development experience includes projects for a wide variety of market sectors including power and energy, K-12, higher education, industrial and commercial, residential, manufacturing, and transportation. 

With more than three decades of experience, Anthony is a seasoned engineering professional at the forefront of designing and driving capital programs for infrastructure renewal. He excels in pinpointing current needs and orchestrating transformative improvement initiatives, earning accolades for implementing comprehensive infrastructure programs. Having served as an owner's representative on multi-million dollar projects, Anthony's journey to Priority Engineering reflects his unwavering commitment to excellence. His extensive background as a project engineer, project manager, and regional office manager for an ENR top 500 engineering firm highlights his proficiency in delivering exceptional services across diverse markets. 

Bret has over 24 years of Civil Engineering experience and prior to that spent 5 years in the construction industry gaining field experience.  Bret excels at civil design from preliminary site planning to final detailed civil engineering and construction plans. He prides himself in operations and workflow utilizing design programs to their fullest capabilities to set the trend for efficiency. He oversees Priority Engineering's BIM & Reality Capture services as well as provides company wide training and consulting for firms in our industry. Bret has experience working in multiple states and with various county and local governing agencies. Bret's design and development experience includes projects for a wide variety of market sectors including power and energy, K-12, higher education, industrial and commercial, residential, manufacturing, and transportation. 

Bon has over 7 years of experience in the engineering field and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. Bon obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. He began his career as a Field Engineer, solving various project related issues first hand. Following that experience, he shifted gears to Site-Civil engineering and design. Bon specializes in all facets of a civil project from conception to closeout and has a passion for designing stormwater management facilities having experience with various modeling software.   Bon has experience working with multiple state, county, and local agencies.  His engineering and development experience includes projects for a wide variety of market sectors including power and energy, K-12, higher education, industrial and commercial, residential, manufacturing, and transportation.
