Kirt has more than 33 years of civil engineering experience, beginning his career as a Construction Surveyor with the U.S. Army Reserve while earning his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.

He leads multidisciplinary design efforts, oversees engineering evaluations, and manages the delivery of professional site-civil engineering services.
Throughout his career, Kirt has coordinated with numerous state, county, and local agencies, including the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), Pasco County, Hillsborough County, Pinellas County, Manatee County, the City of Tampa, and the communities of Ruskin, Plant City, Thonotosassa, Temple Terrace, and Brandon.
His engineering and development experience encompasses a broad range of market sectors, including power and energy, K–12 and higher education, industrial, commercial, residential, manufacturing, and transportation.
Anthony brings more than 30 years of civil engineering experience, specializing in the planning, design, and management of capital improvement programs and infrastructure renewal projects. He has a proven track record of identifying infrastructure needs, developing strategic improvement initiatives, and successfully delivering complex, multi-million-dollar projects.
Throughout his career, Anthony has served as an owner's representative, project engineer, project manager, and regional office manager for an ENR Top 500 engineering firm. His broad experience provides clients with practical leadership and technical expertise throughout all phases of project delivery, from planning and design through construction.
Anthony has successfully delivered projects across a diverse range of market sectors, including municipal infrastructure, transportation, utilities, commercial, industrial, residential, and institutional development, and is recognized for his commitment to quality, client service, and successful project outcomes.
Bret Hart is a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Priority Engineering, bringing more than 25 years of civil engineering and land development experience, along with five years of construction field experience. He leads the firm's day-to-day operations, overseeing project delivery, strategic growth, quality control, business development, and the implementation of technology-driven workflows that improve efficiency across the organization.
Bret works closely with clients from the earliest stages of a project, helping evaluate site feasibility, develop conceptual layouts, establish permitting strategies, and guide projects through engineering, regulatory approvals, and construction. His practical understanding of both engineering and construction allows him to identify challenges early and develop cost-effective solutions that keep projects moving.
In addition to operational leadership, Bret directs Priority Engineering's BIM, Reality Capture, and technology initiatives, continuously improving internal processes and leveraging advanced design tools to streamline production and enhance project quality. He also develops company standards, mentors staff, and provides training and consulting on engineering workflows and best practices.
Throughout his career, Bret has managed projects across numerous states and has extensive experience working with municipalities, counties, state agencies, and private developers. His portfolio includes commercial, industrial, residential, mixed-use, educational, energy, manufacturing, transportation, and municipal infrastructure projects ranging from preliminary due diligence through final construction.
Bon has more than 10 years of civil engineering experience and is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University and began his career as a Field Engineer, gaining firsthand construction and project delivery experience before transitioning to site-civil engineering and design.
Bon specializes in all phases of land development, from initial site planning and permitting through construction and project closeout. He has extensive experience designing stormwater management systems and performing hydrologic and hydraulic analyses using a variety of industry-standard modeling software.
